Deliveries and Returns

Thank you so much for your purchase,  every single order means so much to me, and it fills me with joy knowing my artwork is bringing colour to your walls. 

Deliveries

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days to accommodate printing and careful packing by the one woman team. A dispatch notification will be sent once your order is on its way. We ship orders Monday through Sunday.

Commissions and personalised orders will take longer for delivery, you will be notified of the expected delivery date for these orders.

If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at steph@stephaniestilwellart.co.uk, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

If a courier experiences delays or incidents beyond our control, they will attempt delivery the next day. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you may reschedule directly with the courier, or they will automatically attempt delivery the following day.

If a parcel remains undelivered due to unavailable recipients or failure to rearrange delivery, a redelivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you choose to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, you do so at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for missing items in these cases.

Returns

Sadly we can not offer returns on personalised orders.

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding the delivery charge). Items returned after 14 days or in non-resalable condition will not be accepted. Please handle your items with care, as we cannot refund items that are damaged, creased, or bent.

To return an item within the 14-day period, please email steph@stephaniestilwellart.co.uk within 2 days of delivery for returns address. Please reuse the original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a recorded and tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please return it within 14 days of delivery. We will either exchange the item or issue a refund. In cases where the item is faulty or incorrect, we will also refund your return postage costs.
